By using PitchScrape, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of service
PitchScrape is designed for legitimate sales outreach by agencies and consultants. You may not use PitchScrape to scrape competitor data for purposes other than personal outreach, or to generate spam at scale.
Credits and billing
Credits are consumed per generation and do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are offered within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of your monthly credits.
Intellectual property
AI-generated output belongs to you. We claim no ownership over emails or DMs generated using your agency profile and prospect URLs.
Limitation of liability
PitchScrape is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the results of outreach campaigns, reply rates, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
