Refund Policy

Eligibility for a refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have used fewer than 10% of the credits included in your plan for that billing period.
How to request a refund
Email billing@pitchscrape.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- You have consumed 10% or more of your monthly credits.
- The request relates to a free-plan credit grant.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless the criteria above are met.
